Porcellànic — 2011 Espurnejant; 50% Xarel.lo, 50% Macabeu

100% natural, permaculture agriculture. Aged underwater in ceramic bottles for around 4 years. No sulfites added. Pale straw green with fine small bubbles. On the nose, hint of apples and pears mixed with flowers, bread and French oak aromas.

Ripe fruit on the palate, tart citrus and well-balanced, while the fine bubbles make this wine long and persistent. A wine to celebrate those occasions that will open new horizons in life.
